HOW TO ORDER PRODUCTS FROM OUR INTERNET SHOP GIMEL:

All products we can send you by post. The prices of products you see in e-shop are in CZK and are valid also for export to other countries, but your postage will be higher..

The easiest way for orders from abroad is to choose payment by credit cards.

Another possibility is just to notice titles and their code-numbers in the e-shop, and than send order via normal e-mail to the address gimel@rosamusic.cz , and let us know, which way you have chosen for payment. We shall confirm via e-mail receiving of your order and we shall inform you about total price of your order, which consists of: price of product, handling and postage (in case of bigger orders also of insurance) + 50 CZK in case of payment by cheque. We shall let you know total price in your currency (EUR, GBP, USD etc.).

The ways of payments are as follows. You can:

• pre-pay the invoice via bank-transfer (this is more expensive, and you have to let us know in advance, that you would like to pay this way - we have to make the invoice also in advance and let you know the invoice Nr. - for identification of your payment). You also have to pay both bank fees (of your bank and our bank).
  
• send us cheque payable to ROSA - hudebni vydavatelstvi s.r.o. (to the total price will be added 50 CZK for bank-cheque-fee)
  

The way "pay by delivery" is not yet possible to other countries.

To be your order smoothly processed, we need to know your contact details (mail, phone, postage address).

After we receive your payment by one of these possibilities (on account in case of bank transfer, or letter with cheque), we shall immediately send you product as registered letter (up to 2 kg) or parcel (over 2 kg) to your address.
